Board of Directors

Readly's Board of Directors consists of seven board members, including the Chairman of the board. They are elected for a period until the next Annual General Meeting 2023.

• Jan Lund

  Chairman of the Board

  Board member since: 2023

  Current assignments: Head of Group Strategy & Corporate Development at Bonnier Group AB and board member of Sappa Holding AB.

  Experience and previous positions: Jan has previously held the position as Head of Strategy at MTG (currently Viaplay) and has previous experience from board assignments within Clio, Bisnode, Bonnier Broadcasting (current TV4 Media), SF Studios, Quadracom and MMS Mediemätning i Skandinavien.

  Education: Jan Lund holds a BSc. in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.

• Mikael Antonsson

  Director of the Board

  Board member since: 2023

  Current assignments: CFO at Bonnier News. Chairman of the board in, inter alia, Dooris AB, Dialog Kompetensutveckling AB and Nacka Värmdö Posten AB. Board member in Bonnier News AB and Bonnier News Corporate AB as well as board member in several companies within the Bonnier News group such as, inter alia, Marieberg Media AB, Hakon Media AB, Happy Green AB and Bonnier Faktureringsservice AB.

  Experience and previous positions: COO and acting CFO at Qliro AB. Board member of Dagens Media Sverige AB, Sydsvenska Dagbladets Försäljningsaktiebolag and Tidnings AB Marieberg (including several of its subsidiaries and affiliates).

  Education: MSc. in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology and a MSc. in Finance from University of Gothenburg.

• Carolina Brandtman

  Director of the Board

  Board member since: 2023

  Current assignments: Carolina is currently CEO & Senior Consultant at Brandtman Consulting AB, chairman of the board of Right By Me.

  Experience and previous positions: She has previous experience from positions as CEO of Qliro and Santander Sverige and as General Manager and CRO at GE Money Bank.

  Education: Carolina Brandtman has studied Business Administration and Management at Central Queensland University and Örebro University.

• Laurent Kayser

  Current assignments: Laurent is currently deputy CEO and board member of Cafeyn Group.

  Experience and previous positions: Laurent has previous experience from investment banking and private equity at Commerzbank, DC Advisory and RW Baird London and Triton Financial.

  Education: MSc. in Investment and Finance from Strathclyde University and a Master's in Management at Audencia.

• Veronica Selin

  Board member since: 2023

  Current assignments: Veronica is currently the Head of Strategy, M&A and Business Control at Bonnier News AB. She is also a board member of Chefsnätverket Close AB and Hufvudstadsbladet AB.

  Experience and previous positions: Veronica has held various positions within the Bonnier News group since 2018 and has professional experience as a Management Consultant at Reddal as well as experience from various board assignments.

  Education: MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University.

• Malin Stråhle

  Current assignments: Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Delivery at Volvo Group since 2021.

  Experience and previous positions: CTO of Schibsted Publishing Sweden, Director of Business Development at Bonnier Digital, Head of Products and Platform at Unibet Group Plc. Board member in Steni Group AS, Lets deal AB, Venture Cup Sweden and Hööks Hästsport AB.

  Education: Master of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering from Lund University.

• Jesper Wikberg

  Current assignments: Jesper Wikberg is currently the Manager for Strategy and M&A at Bonnier News.

  Experience and previous positions: Jesper has previous experience from Arthur D. Little as a Management Consultant and has held board positions in Estate Media AS and Dagens Samhälle AB.

  Education: MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.

Auditors

PricewaterhouseCoopers AB was elected for a one-year period at the AGM 2022. PricewaterhouseCoopers AB has communicated that Authorized Auditor Aleksander Lyckow is the principal auditor.
