Readly announces co-branding with ePresse

Following Readly’s acquisition of Toutabo, popular digital subscription service ePresse has unveiled a new co-branded name and logo. ePresse has been a part of the Toutabo group since 2015 and has today an offer of about 1000 magazines and 300 newspapers. The ePresse par Readly brand (ePresse by Readly) has now been launched.

This name change is designed as a stepping stone into the integration of the two companies as Readly successfully completes the acquisition of Toutabo which has been announced. The new logo has been designed to represent both companies and will be visible in the app and web page.

– With this co-branding we are one step closer to becoming one team and one united offer to our existing and new subscribers, publisher partners and commercial partners. With a network of five offices across London, Berlin, Stockholm, Växjö and Paris, we combine a lot of expertise, energy and grit that this co-branded name represents, says Jean-Frédéric Lambert, co-founder of Toutabo.

The new name, ePresse par Readly is aimed to start raising awareness among the French readers that a greater offer is soon to come.

– We have strived to offer our service in France for a long time and this co-branded name is the exciting first step that underpins this. Although it’s not a combined portfolio just yet, ePresse par Readly demonstrates to all our stakeholders that we are eager to make a strong international portfolio of quality journalism accessible to the French speaking population worldwide, says Maria Hedengren, CEO at Readly.
